„Try freediving“ is a half day crash course which will take you through the very basics of freediving.
The course starts with a 2 hour long theory session, where you’ll learn the basics about physiology and freediving equalization technique. It is followed by a short meditative stretching and breathing session.
The course closes with an open water session during which you will be freediving comfortably along the line attached to a buoy up to 10 m deep.
This course is like a half day adventure. You have absolutely no obligation to fulfill any requirements. It is all about learning how to enjoy yourself and your surroundings underwater.
