Advanced Freediving Course
The Advanced Course is the perfect level-up course for Freedivers, who already have passed the beginners course and are ready to go deeper with better technique and easier equalisation.
We offer advanced courses with Aida (Aida 3) for anyone who wants to bring his freediving to the next level!
During three days of theory and practical sessions you will:
- gain a deeper understanding of the physiology of freediving
- learn a new more efficient and comfortable way to equalize your ears by Frenzel
- experience the magic of freefall
- dive deeper into buddy system and safety techniques
- learn some new skills and perfect the old ones
By the end of the course you’ll be able to freedive comfortably to the depth of 20m and hold your breath for over 3 minutes.
